Nina grew up in the Hudson Valley. Born in Rockland, raised in Orange, and currently residing in Westchester since late 2016. She graduated from SUNY Cortland with a BA in Communications and worked as a retail store manager post-college and prior to shifting into real estate in 2015.

She has held office administrator, marketing and training positions with BHG Rand Realty and her most recent position was Training and Career Development Manager for 5 offices for ERA Insite Realty, another family-owned Real Estate company in Westchester County.

She was instrumental in agent development through training on technology, productivity systems, and social media skills, as well as developing marketing and client engagement strategies. Her leadership skills, caring demeanor, go-getter attitude, and ability to connect with people have served her well in the sales and training positions that she’s held.
